1 范围

  本标准规定了高炉用碳化硅-碳质捣打料的分类,技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。

  本标准适用于高炉冷却壁及相关部位用碳化硅-碳质捣打料。

  下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅所注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于木文件。

3 分类

  碳化硅-碳质捣打料按用途分为 TTD1、TTD-2和 TTD3三个牌号。T和D分别代表碳化硅、碳和捣打料的汉语拼音的首字母。

4 技术要求

  碳化硅-碳质捣打料的理化指标应符合表1的要求。

5 试验方法

5.1 试样制备在压力机上进行,在 50MPa 下加压 30s,制成 50mmX50mmX50mm 的立方体或$50mmx50mm 的圆柱体试样。酚醛树脂结合试样烘烤制度为 60℃X12h,110℃X12h,200℃x24h,焦油和沥青结合试样烘烤制度为 60℃X12h,110℃x12h,160℃x12h,200℃x12h,300℃x24h。用烘烤前的试样测量体积密度,烘烤后的试样测量 SiC,F.C、耐压强度、导热系数,

5.2 SiC、F.C的检验按 GB/T 16555 进行。

5.3 体积密度的检验按 YB/T 5200 进行。

5.4常温耐压强度的检验按 GB/T 5072 进行。

5.5 导热系数的检验按 GB/T 22588 进行。

6 质量评定程序

6.1 组批

6.1.1 产品按连续正常生产的同一牌号组批。原料或生产工艺变动时,则应另行组批6.1.2 同一牌号的产品每批最大量为 60t。

6.2 抽样

  抽样按 GB/T 17617 进行。

6.3 判定规则

6.3.1 检验结果的平均值应符合表1的规定。

6.3.2 检验结果如有不合格项时,应按6.2的规定重新取样对不合格项进行复检。复检结果的平均值符合表1的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判为不合格。

6.4 合格评定形式

  合格评定可根据双方协议规定或者采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

7 包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书

7.1 包装、标志、运输和贮存按 GB/T 15545 的规定进行,包装重量由供需双方协议确定。

7.2 每一批产品发出时,应附有质量证明书和产品使用说明书,质量证明书应载明供方名称,需方名称。生产日期、产品名称、牌号、批号、理化指标检验结果等,产品使用说明书应载明使用方法,注意事项和保质期等。

1 Range

  This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of silicon carbide and carbon ramming materials for blast furnaces.

  This standard is applicable to silicon carbide carbon ramming materials for blast furnace cooling walls and related parts.

2 Normative reference documents

  The following documents are essential for the application of this document. For dated references, only the dated version applies to this document. For undated references, the latest version (including all modification orders) applies to the wood file.

3 Classification

  According to the use of silicon carbide – carbon ramming material is divided into TTD1, TTD-2 and TTD3 three grades. T and D represent the initial letters of the Chinese pinyin for silicon carbide, carbon and ramming material respectively.

4 Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of silicon carbide – carbon ramming materials should meet the requirements of Table 1.

5 Test methods

5.1 Sample preparation is carried out on a press, pressurized at 50MPa for 30s to make a cube of 50mmX50mmX50mm or a cylinder of $50mmx50mm. The baking system for phenolic resin bonded samples was 60℃X12h,110℃X12h,200℃x24h, and the baking system for tar and asphalt bonded samples was 60℃X12h,110℃x12h,160℃x12h,200℃x12h,300℃x24h. Measure the bulk density with the sample before baking, and measure SiC,F.C, compressive strength and thermal conductivity with the sample after baking.

5.2 Inspection of SiC and F.C shall be carried out according to GB/T 16555.

5.3 The test of bulk density shall be carried out according to YB/T 5200.

5.4 The test of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out according to GB/T 5072.

5.5 The thermal conductivity is tested according to GB/T 22588.

6 Quality assessment procedures

6.1 Batch Groups

6.1.1 The products shall be batch according to the same grade of continuous normal production. In case of changes in raw materials or production processes, separate batches should be set 6.1.2 The maximum quantity of each batch of the same brand of products is 60t.

6.2 Sampling

  Sampling was conducted according to GB/T 17617.

6.3 Decision Rules

6.3.1 The average value of test results shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

6.3.2 If there are any nonconforming items in the inspection results, the nonconforming items shall be re-sampled in accordance with the provisions of 6.2 for re-inspection. If the average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; Otherwise, it is disqualified.

6.4 Form of conformity assessment

  Conformity assessment can be made in accordance with the agreement between the two parties or in the form of the supplier’s statement, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 15545, and the weight of the packaging shall be determined by agreement between the supply and demand parties.

7.2 When each batch of products is issued, it shall be accompanied by a quality certificate and a product instruction manual, which shall indicate the name of the supplier and the name of the buyer. Production date, product name, brand number, batch number, physical and chemical index test results, etc. The product instruction manual should indicate the use method, precautions and shelf life.
