1范围

  本标准规定了循环流化床锅炉用耐磨耐火砖的分类、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。

  本标准适用于循环流化床锅炉内村易冲刷磨损部位用的耐磨耐火砖,也适用于其他工业窑炉内衬冲刷磨损严重部位用的耐磨耐火砖。

  下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。

3分类、形状及尺寸

3.1砖按理化指标分为NMZ-1NMZ-2NMZ-3三种牌号。NM、Z分别代表耐、磨、砖三个字汉语拼音的第一个字母。

3.2砖的形状及尺寸应符合 GB/T2992的规定,其他砖型由供需双方协商。

4技术要求

4.1砖的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

4.2砖的尺寸允许偏差及外观应符合表2的规定。砖不允许有断面层裂,特殊技术要求由供需双方协商确定。

5试验方法

5.1砖的检验制样按GB/T 7321的规定进行。

5.2三氧化二铝的判定按GB/T 6900.4的规定进行。

5.3体积密度的检验按GB/T2997的规定进行。

5.4常温耐压强度的检验按GB/T 5072的规定进行。

5.5常温磨损量的测定按GB/T 18301的规定进行。

5.6抗热震性的检验按GB/T376.1的规定进行,但试验温度为1000C。

5.7砖的外观、尺寸及断面的检查按GB/T 10326的规定进行。

6检验规则

  砖的抽样、验收应按 GB/T 10325的规定进行。

7包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书

7.1砖的包装、标志、运输、储存应符合GB/T 16546的规定。

7.2发货时必须附有质量证明书,写明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、生产日期、合同号、标准编号、产品牌号、砖号、批号和尺寸、外观及理化指标的检验结果。

 

 

 

Refractory bricks for circulating fluidized bed boilers

1 Range

  This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of wear-resistant firebricks used in circulating fluidized bed boilers.

  This standard is applicable to the wear-resistant refractory bricks in the circulating fluidized bed boiler which are easy to be washed and worn, and also to the wear-resistant refractory bricks in other industrial kiln lining which are severely washed and worn.

  The terms in the following documents become terms of this Standard by reference to this Standard. All subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions to dated citations are not applicable to this Standard; however, parties to an agreement under this Standard are encouraged to explore the use of the most recent version of these documents. 3 Classification, shape and size

3.1 Bricks are divided into NMZ-1NMZ-2NMZ-3 grades according to physical and chemical indexes. NM and Z respectively represent the first letter of the Chinese pinyin characters of Nai, grinding and brick.

3.2 The shape and size of the brick shall comply with the provisions of GB/T2992, and other brick types shall be negotiated by the supply and demand parties.

4 Technical Requirements

4.1 The physical and chemical indexes of bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

4.2 The size permissible deviation and appearance of the brick shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Bricks are not allowed to have sectional lamination, and the special technical requirements are determined by the supply and demand parties through negotiation.

5 Test methods

5.1 The brick inspection sample preparation shall be carried out according to GB/T 7321.

5.2 Aluminum oxide is determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 6900.4.

5.3 Inspection of bulk density shall be carried out according to GB/T2997.

5.4 The test of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB/T 5072.

5.5 Wear at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 18301.

5.6 The test of thermal shock resistance shall be carried out according to GB/T376.1, but the test temperature shall be 1000C.

5.7 The inspection of the appearance, size and section of the bricks shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 10326.

6 Inspection Rules

  Sampling and acceptance of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 10325.

7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

7.1 The packaging, marking, transportation and storage of bricks shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 16546.

7.2 The delivery must be accompanied by a quality certificate, indicating the name of the supplier or the factory standard, the name of the demander, the date of production, the contract number, the standard number, the product grade, the brick number, the batch number, and the inspection result of the size, appearance and physical and chemical index.
