1 范围

  本标准规定了铝硅系轻质喷涂料的牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。

  本标准适用于以铝硅系轻质骨料为原料制成的轻质耐火喷涂料,主要用于各种工业窑炉等热工设备需要保温隔热的部位。

3 牌号

  根据烘干后体积密度的不同,将错硅系轻质喷涂料分为 LGQP-0.8、LGQP-1.0、LGQP-1.3、LGQP.1.5、LGQP-1.8、LGQP-1. 8T六个牌号。其中L、G、Q、P、T 分别为“铝”“硅”“轻质”“喷涂料”“提高型”首个汉语拼音的首字母,阿拉伯数字表示烘干后体积密度。

4 技术要求

  铝硅系轻质喷涂料的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5 试验方法

5.1试样的制备按GB/T 4513.5进行。

5.2氧化锠的测定按GB/T 6900或者GB/T 21114进行。

5.3体积密度的测定按GB/T 4513.6进行。

5.4常温耐压强度的测定按GB/T 5072进行。

5.5加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 5988进行。

5.6 导热系数的测定按YB/T 4130进行。

6 质量评定程序

6.1 组批

  产品按同一牌号组批,每批不大于 60 t,原料变更时另行组批,

6.2 抽样及合格判定规则

6.2.1 产品抽样按 GB/T 4513.2 进行。

6.2.2 体积密度、加热永久线变化、导热系数为验收检验项目。

6.2.3 检验结果的平均值符合表1的规定时,为合格。如有不合格项目时,应按6.2.1重新抽取双倍试样对该项目进行复验。复验结果的平均值符合表1的规定,判定该批产品为合格,否则为不合格。

6.3 合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明,使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

7包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书

7.1 包装、标志、运输、储存按 GB/T 15545 进行。

7.2 产品发出时应附有质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、批号、理化指标及保存期等内容。

 

 

Aluminum-silicon lightweight spray paint

1 Range

  This standard specifies the grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of aluminum-silicon lightweight spray coatings.

  This standard is applicable to lightweight fire-resistant spray coatings made of aluminum-silicon lightweight aggregate as raw materials, mainly used in various industrial furnaces and other thermal equipment need thermal insulation parts.

3 brand

  According to the different volume density after drying, the light-weight spray coating is divided into LGQP-0.8, LGQP-1.0, LGQP-1.3, LGQP.1.5, LGQP-1.8, LGQP-1.8T six grades. Where L, G, Q, P and T are respectively the first letters of the Chinese pinyin for “aluminum”, “silicon”, “light”, “spray paint” and “enhanced type”, and the Arabic number indicates the volume density after drying.

4 Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of aluminum-silicon light spray coatings shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

5 Test methods

5.1 The sample was prepared according to GB/T 4513.5.

5.2 The determination of the oxidation temperature is performed in GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.

5.3 The bulk density was measured according to GB/T 4513.6.

5.4 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.

5.5 The determination of the permanent line change of heating was performed according to GB/T 5988.

5.6 Thermal conductivity was measured according to YB/T 4130.

6 Quality assessment procedures

6.1 Batch Groups

  The products are batch according to the same brand, each batch is not more than 60 t, and the raw materials are changed in a separate batch.

6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules

6.2.1 Product sampling is carried out according to GB/T 4513.2.

6.2.2 Bulk density, permanent line change of heating and thermal conductivity are acceptance test items.

6.2.3 If the average value of the test results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, it shall be considered qualified. If there is any unqualified item, the item shall be retested by taking double samples in accordance with 6.2.1. The average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, and the batch of products is judged to be qualified, otherwise it is unqualified.

6.3 Form of conformity assessment

  The conformity assessment can be carried out in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third-party certification.

7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out according to GB/T 15545.

7.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the production date, the standard number, the product name, the brand number, the batch number, the physical and chemical index and the storage period.
