1范围

  本文件规定了混铁炉用耐火浇注料的术语和定义、牌号、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书等。

  本文件适用于混铁炉工作衬用耐火浇注料。

3术语和定义

  GB/T 18930界定的术语和定义适用于本文件。

4 牌号

  混铁炉用耐火浇注料按A0:含量、性能特点,分为HJX-70、HJ-70、HJ-60S、HJ-65、HJ-60五个牌号。其中“H”、“J”、“X”分别是“混铁炉”“浇注料”“修补料”首个汉字汉语拼音首字母S表示SiC;牌号中的数字表示Al2O3:的质量百分含量。

5要求。

  混铁炉用耐火浇注料的理化性能指标应符合表1的规定。

6试验方法

6.1试样制备按GB/T 4513.5进行。

6.2Al2O3:的测定按GB/T 6900或 GB/T 21114进行

6.3SiC的测定按GB/T 16555进行。

6.4体积密度、常温抗折强度、常温耐压强度、加热永久线变化的测定按GB/T 4513.6进行。

6.5抗热震性的测定按GBIT 30873中的方法1或方法2进行。

6.6抗爆裂温度的测定按 GB/T 36134 进行。

7质量评定程序

7.1组批

  产品按同一牌号组批,每批不超过60t。

7.2抽样及合格判定规则

7.2.1抽样按GB/T 4513.2进行。

7.2.2化学成分、常温抗折强度及加热永久线变化为验收检验项目。检验结果符合表1的规定值时,该批产品为合格。

检验结果如有不合格项时,应按 7.2.1 重新抽取双倍数量的试样对该项日进行复检,复检结果的平均值符合表1的规定,则判定该批产品合格,否则为不合格。

7.3合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行

8 包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书

8.1 包装、标志、运输、储存按 GBT 15545 进行。

8.2 产品发出时,应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,注明供方名称、需方名称、产品名称、本文件编号、牌号、批号、生产日期、理化指标检验结果等内容。

8.3 产品发出时,应附有产品使用说明书。

1 Range

  This document specifies the terms and definitions, grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of refractory castings for mixed furnaces.

  This document is applicable to refractory castable for mixed furnace working lining.

3 Terms and definitions

  The terms and definitions defined by GB/T 18930 are applicable to this document.

4 Card number

  The refractory castings for mixed furnace are divided into A0, HJX-70, HJ-70, HJ-60S, HJ-65 and HJ-60.”H”, “J”, “and” X “are” mixed “iron furnace”  “castable” and “repair material” the first Chinese pinyin initials S is SiC; the quality percentage of Al2O3.

5 Requirements.

  The physical and chemical performance indexes of refractory castings for mixing furnace shall comply with the provisions in Table 1.

6 Test method

6.1 Sample preparation was performed according to GB/T 4513.5.

6.2Al2O3: Measurement is performed according to GB/T 6900 or GB/ T 21114

6.3The termination of SiC was performed as GB/T 16555.

6.4 The determination of volume density, normal temperature anti bending strength, normal temperature compressive strength and heating permanent line change shall be carried out according to GB / T 4513.6

6.5 Measurement of thermal shock resistance is performed according to method 1 or method 2 in GBIT 30873.

6.6 The termination of burst temperature was determined according to GB / T 36134.

7.Quality assessment procedure

7.1 Group batch

  Products are grouped by the same grade, and each batch does not exceed 60t.

7.2 Sampling and qualification determination rules

7.2.1 Sampling was performed according to GB / T 4513.2.

7.2.2 Changes of chemical composition, normal temperature folding strength and heating permanent line are acceptance inspection items. When the inspection results conform to the values specified in Table 1, this batch of products is qualified.

  If the inspection result is unqualified, a double number of samples shall be selected according to 7.2.1. If the average value of the retest result conforms to the provisions of Table 1, the batch of products shall be judged to be qualified, otherwise it is unqualified.

7.3 Form of conformity assessment

  Conformity assessment may be conducted in the form of supplier declaration, user identification or third party certification

8 Certificate of packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality

8.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall be according to GBT 15545.

8.2 When the product is issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier shall be attached, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the buyer, the product name, the number of this document, the license number, the batch number, the production date, the inspection results of physical and chemical indicators, etc.

8.3 When the products are issued, the product operating instructions shall be attached.
