焦炉用黏土砖及半硅砖

1范围

  本标准规定了焦炉用黏土砖及半硅砖的分类及形状尺寸、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。

  本标准适用于焦炉用黏土砖、半硅砖,也可用于炭素炉、煤气发生炉和直立炉内衬用砖等。

  下列文件对于本文件的应用是必不可少的。凡是注日期的引用文件,仅所注日期的版本适用于本文件。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本(包括所有的修改单)适用于本文件。

3 分类及形状尺寸

3.1 焦炉用黏土砖及半硅砖按用途和理化指标分为:JNZ-35、BGZ-5两类。其中JN ZBG 为“焦”“黏”“砖”“半”“硅”的汉语拼音首字母,35和65分别表示Al2O3SiO2)的质量百分含量。

3.2 焦炉用黏土砖及半硅砖的形状及尺寸可按GB/T 2992.1进行,也可按需方提供的图纸要求生产。

4 技术要求

4.1 焦炉用黏土砖及半硅砖的理化指标应符合表 1的规定。

5试验方法

5.1检验制样按GB/T 7321进行。

5.2化学成分的测定按GB/T 6900或GB/T 21114进行。

5.3显气孔率的测定按GB/T 2997进行。

5.4常温耐压强度的测定按GB/T 5072进行。

5.5加热永久线变化的测定按GB/T 5988进行。

5.6荷重软化温度的测定按YB/T 370进行。

5.7尺寸、外观的检查按GB/T 10326进行。

5.8耐火度的测定按GB/T 7322进行。

6质量评定程序

6.1 编批

  产品按用途、生产工艺进行编批,每批数量不超过500t。

6.2抽样及合格判定规则

6.2.1产品出厂检验项目包括表1中的全部项目。

6.2.2产品的抽样和验收按GB/T 10325进行。化学成分、显气孔率、常温耐压强度、荷重软化温度(不包括格子砖)或耐火度为验收检验项目。

6.3合格评定形式

  合格评定可采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

7包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书

7.1产品的包装、标志、运输和储存按 GB/T 16546 进行,有合同约定的按合同进行。

7.2产品出厂时,应附有供方质量监督部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、产品名称和牌号、合同号、生产日期及理化指标等内容。

 

 

 

 

 

Clay and semi-silicon bricks for coke ovens

1 Range

  This standard specifies the classification, shape and size, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of clay and semi-silicon bricks used in coke ovens.

  This standard is applicable to clay bricks and semi-silicon bricks for coke ovens, and can also be used for lining bricks for carbon furnaces, gas generators and vertical furnaces.

3 Classification and shape size

3.1 Clay bricks and semi-silicon bricks for coke ovens are divided into JNZ-35 and BGZ-5 categories according to their use and physical and chemical indexes. JN ZBG is the initial letter of “Jiao”, “sticky”, “brick”, “half” and “silicon” in Chinese pinyin,35 and 65 respectively represent the mass percentage content of Al2O3 and SiO2).

3.2 The shape and size of clay bricks and semi-silicon bricks for coke oven can be made according to GB/T 2992.1, or according to the drawing requirements provided by the customer.

4 Technical Requirements

4.1 The physical and chemical indexes of clay bricks and semi-silicon bricks used in coke ovens shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

4.2 The size permissible deviation and appearance of clay bricks and semi-silicon bricks used in coke ovens shall comply with the provisions of Table 2 and Table 3.

Convert according to the actual area of each brick surface.

5 Test methods

5.1 Test sample preparation shall be carried out according to GB/T 7321.

5.2 Chemical composition is determined in GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.

5.3 The apparent porosity was measured according to GB/T 2997.

5.4 The compressive strength at room temperature shall be measured according to GB/T 5072.

5.5 The determination of the permanent line change of heating was performed according to GB/T 5988.

5.6 The load softening temperature was measured according to YB/T 370.

5.7 The size and appearance shall be checked according to GB/T 10326.

5.8 Refractories shall be measured according to GB/T 7322.

6 Quality assessment procedures

6.1 Batch Ordering

The products shall be batch according to the use and production process, and the quantity of each batch shall not exceed 500t.

6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules

6.2.1 Factory inspection items include all items listed in Table 1.

6.2.2 Sampling and acceptance of products shall be carried out according to GB/T 10325. Chemical composition, apparent porosity, normal temperature compressive strength, load softening temperature (excluding lattice bricks) or fire resistance are the acceptance test items.

6.3 Form of conformity assessment

The conformity assessment can be made in the form of the supplier’s declaration, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

7.1 The packaging, marking, transportation and storage of the products shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 16546, and shall be carried out in accordance with the contract as stipulated in the contract.

7.2 The quality certificate issued by the quality supervision department of the supplier shall be attached when the product leaves the factory, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the name and brand of the product, the contract number, the production date and the physical and chemical index.
