3分类和牌号

  中间包用碱性涂料分为镁质(ZMT)和镁钙质(ZMGT)两类。其中Z、MGT分别为中、镁、钙、涂的汉语拼音首字母。

  镁质涂料按氧化镁含量分为ZMT-1ZMT-2ZMT-3三种牌号。

  镁钙质涂料按氧化钙含量分为ZMGT-1ZMGT-2两种牌号。

4技术要求

  中间包用碱性涂料的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5试验方法

5.1试样制备按GB/T 4513.5进行,但振动时间为30s~60s,实验室养护温度不低于20℃,养护时间不低于24h。

5.2化学成分的测定按GB/T 5069或GB/T 21114进行。

5.3体积密度、常温耐压强度和加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 4513.6进行。

6质量评定程序

6.1组批

  按同一牌号进行编批,每批不超过120t。

6.2抽样

  抽样按GB/T 4513.2进行。

6.3合格判定形式

  可根据双方协议规定或者采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

7包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书

7.1包装、标志、运输和储存按GB/T 15545进行。

7.2产品发出时,应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、生产日期、发货日期、合同号、产品名称、标准编号、牌号、批号及相应的理化指标检验结果等。

 

 

 

Alkaline coating for intermediate package

1 Range

  This standard specifies the classification and grade, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of basic coatings for intermediate packets.

  This standard applies to alkaline pastes and spray coatings for intermediate packets.

3 Classification and brand

  Basic coatings for intermediate packaging are divided into magnesium (ZMT) and magnesium calcium (ZMGT). Where 2, M, G and T are the initial letters of Chinese pinyin in medium, magnesium, calcium and painted respectively.

  Magnesium coatings are divided into three grades according to the content of magnesium oxide: ZMT-1, ZMT-2 and ZMT-3.

  Magnesium calcium coating according to the content of calcium oxide is divided into ZMGT-1, ZMGT-2 two grades.

4 Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of alkaline coatings used in tundish should conform to the provisions of Table 1.

5 Test methods

5.1 The sample preparation shall be carried out according to GB/T 4513.5, but the vibration time shall be 30s-60s, the laboratory curing temperature shall not be less than 20℃, and the curing time shall not be less than 24h.

5.2 Chemical composition is determined in GB/T 5069 or GB/T 21114.

5.3 The measurement of bulk density, compressive strength at room temperature and permanent line change of heating was carried out according to GB/T 4513.6.

6 Quality assessment procedures

6.1 Batch Groups

  Batch according to the same brand, each batch does not exceed 120t.

6.2 Sampling

  Sampling was conducted according to GB/T 4513.2.

6.3 Form of conformity determination

  It can be carried out in the form of the agreement between the two parties, the statement of the supplier, the certification of the user, or the third-party certification.

7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

7.1 Packing, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in GB/T 15545.

7.2 When the products are issued, the quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier shall be attached, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the date of production, the date of delivery, the contract number, the name of the product, the standard number, the brand number, the batch number and the corresponding physical and chemical index test results.
