1范围

  本标准规定了铝镁耐火浇注料的分类、技术要求、试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书。

  本标准适用于钢水包、中间包等冶炼设备用铝镁耐火浇注料。

  下列文件中的条款通过本标准的引用而成为本标准的条款。凡是注日期的引用文件,其随后所有的修改单(不包括勘误的内容)或修订版均不适用于本标准,然而,鼓励根据本标准达成协议的各方研究是否可使用这些文件的最新版本。凡是不注日期的引用文件,其最新版本适用于本标准。

3分类

  铝镁耐火浇注料按理化指标分为:AMC-70、AMC-80、AMC85、AMC 95 四个牌号。牌号中“A”“M”、”C”分别为”氧化铝””氧化镁””浇注料”的英文首字母,牌号后数字为氧化铝和氧化镁合量的质量百分数。

4技术要求

  铝镁耐火浇注料的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

5试验方法

5.1试样制备按 YB/T 5202.1 的规定进行。

5.2Al2O3和MgO含量的测定按 GB/T 5069 进行。

5.3 体积密度的检验按 YB/T 5200 进行。

5.4耐压强度的检验按 GB/T 5072 进行。

5.5加热永久线变化率的检验按 GB/T5988 进行。

6质量评定程序

6.1组

  同一牌号的产品编为-批,每批不超过 60t。

6.2抽样及合格判定规则

6.21产品的抽样按 GB/T 17617 进行6.2.2体积密度、加热永久线变化和常温耐压强度(试验温度X3h 烧后)为验收检验项目。检验结果均符合表 1的要求时,该批产品为合格。

  检验结果中有不合格项时,按 6.2.1重新抽取双倍数量的试样对该项目进行复验。复验结果的平均值符合表 1要求,且单值允许偏差符合表 2 的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判为不合格批。

7包装、标志、运输、储存及质量证明书

7.1产品的包装、标志、运输、储存按 GB/T 15545 进行。

7.2产品发出时,应附有产品使用说明书和技术监督部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、产品名称、标准编号、牌号、批号、理化指标检验结果、生产日期和发货日期等内容。

 

 

 

 

Aluminum magnesium refractory castable

 

1 Range

  This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of aluminum-magnesium refractory castables.

  This standard is applicable to aluminum magnesium refractory castables for smelting equipment such as ladle and tundish.

All subsequent amendments (excluding errata) or revisions to dated citations are not applicable to this Standard; however, parties to an agreement under this Standard are encouraged to explore the use of the most recent version of these documents. 3 Categories

  Aluminum magnesium refractory castable is divided into four grades according to physical and chemical indexes :AMC-70, AMC-80, AMC85, AMC 95. In the grade, “A”, “M” and “C “are the English initials of” alumina “, “magnesium oxide” and “castable” respectively, and the number after the grade is the mass percentage of the combined amount of alumina and magnesium oxide.

4 Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of aluminum-magnesium refractory castable shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.

5 Test methods

5.1 Sample preparation shall be carried out according to YB/T 5202.1.

5.2 The content of Al2O3 and MgO was determined according to GB/T 5069.

5.3 The test of bulk density shall be carried out according to YB/T 5200.

5.4 The compressive strength shall be tested according to GB/T 5072.

5.5 The test of the change rate of the heating permanent line shall be carried out according to GB/T5988.

6 Quality assessment procedures

6.1 Groups

  Products of the same brand are classified as -batches, each batch not exceeding 60t.

6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules

6.2.1 The sampling of the products shall be carried out according to GB/T 17617. 6.2.2 Bulk density, permanent line change of heating and compressive strength at normal temperature (test temperature X3h after firing) shall be the acceptance inspection items. When the inspection results meet the requirements of Table 1, the batch of products is qualified.

  If there are any unqualified items in the test results, double the number of samples shall be taken again in accordance with 6.2.1. The average value of the retest results meets the requirements of Table 1, and the allowable deviation of a single value meets the provisions of Table 2, then the batch of products is judged to be qualified; Otherwise, it is awarded as unqualified batch.

7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of products shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 15545.

7.2 When the product is issued, it shall be accompanied by the product instruction manual and the quality certificate issued by the technical supervision department, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the name of the product, the standard number, the brand number, the batch number, the test result of the physical and chemical index, the date of production and the date of delivery.
