3.1高炉用标准型号制品的形状及尺寸应符合GB 2278的规定。

3.2高炉用非标准型号制品形状及尺寸按需方图纸加工。

5试验方法

5.1显气孔率的测定按GB 2997的规定进行。

5.2体积密度的测定按GB 2997的规定进行。

5.3常温耐压强度的测定按GB 5072的规定进行。

5.4高温抗折强度的测定按GB 3002的规定进行。

5.5化学分析按本标准附录A的规定进行。

5.6尺寸外观及断面的检在按GB 10326的规定进行。

6检验规则

6.1产品取样验收按GB 10325的规定进行。

7标志、包装、运输、贮存

7.1包装箱表面清晰标注:产品名称、规格、厚度正负公差、数量、制造厂名、出厂日期等标志。

7.2产品出厂按厚度正负公差分别装箱,包装运输贮存按GB 10325规定进行。

1Subject content and scope of application

  This standard specifies the dimensions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marks, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide bricks used in blast furnaces.

  This standard is suitable for high-envy silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide conversion.

  The code of silicon nitride bonded silicon carbide brick in blast furnace is denoted by DTZ.

2 Reference Standards

  GB 2278 Bricks for blast furnaces and hot blast furnaces

  GB 2997 Test method for apparent porosity, water absorption, bulk density and true porosity of compact shaped refractory products

  GB 3002 Test method for high temperature bending strength of refractory products

  GB 5072 compact shaped refractory products test method for room temperature pressure resistance

  GB 10325 Rules for stacking, sampling, acceptance, storage and transportation of refractory products

  GB 10326 refractory products size, appearance and section inspection method

3 Shape and size

3.1 The shape and size of the standard type products for blast furnaces shall comply with the provisions of GB 2278.

3.2 The shape and size of non-standard products for blast furnaces shall be processed according to the drawing of the demander.

4 Technical Requirements

4.1 The physical and chemical indexes of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

4.2 The size permissible deviation and appearance requirements of non-standard type products for blast furnaces shall be agreed by both parties.

4.3 The permissible size deviation and appearance of standard model products for blast furnaces shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

5 Test methods

5.1 The apparent porosity was determined in accordance with GB 2997.

5.2 Measurement of bulk density shall be carried out in accordance with GB 2997.

5.3 The determination of compressive strength at room temperature shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 5072.

5.4 The determination of high temperature flexural strength shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB 3002.

5.5 Chemical analysis shall be carried out in accordance with Appendix A of this standard.

5.6 The inspection of dimensions, appearance and section shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB 10326.

6 Inspection Rules

6.1 Product sampling and acceptance shall be carried out according to GB 10325.

7 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage

7.1 Clearly marked on the surface of the packing box: product name, specification, thickness tolerance, quantity, manufacturer name, factory date and other marks.

7.2 The products are respectively packed according to the positive and negative tolerance of thickness, and the packaging, transportation and storage are carried out according to the provisions of GB 10325.
