1 范围

  本标准规定了高炉基建用耐火喷涂料的牌号、技术要求,试验方法、质量评定程序、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。

  本标准适用于以机械喷射方法施工的高炉基建用耐火喷涂料。

3 牌号

  高炉基建用耐火喷涂料按三氧化二铝含量分为五个牌号:GJP-35、GJP-40A、GJP-40B、GJP-45 和GJP-55。其中 G、J、P 分别是高、建、喷的汉语拼音首字母,其后的数字分别代表三氧化二铝质量百分含量,A和B用于区分相同三氧化二铝含量产品的不同三氧化二铁含量。

4 技术要求

  高炉基建用耐火喷涂料的理化指标应符合表1的标准。

5 试验方法

5.1 试样的制备按 GB/T 4513.5 进行。

5.2 化学成分的测定按 GB/T 6900 或 GB/T 21114 进行。

5.3 体积密度、常温抗折强度、加热永久线变化的测定按 GB/T 4513.6 进行。

6 质量评定程序

6.1 组批

6.1.1 产品按连续正常生产的同一牌号组批。原料或生产工艺变动时,则应另行组批。

6.1.2 同一牌号的产品每批不超过 60 t。

6.2 抽样及合格判定规则

6.2.1 抽样按 GB/T 4513.2 进行。

6.2.2 化学成分、常温抗折强度、加热永久线变化为验收检验项目,检验结果的平均值均符合表1的规定值时,该批产品为合格。

6.2.3 检验结果如有不合格项时,应按6.2.1的规定重新取样对不合格项进行复检。复检结果的平均值符合表1的规定,则判定该批产品合格;否则,判为不合格。

6.3 合格评定形式

  合格评定可根据双方协议规定或者采用供货方声明、使用方认定或第三方认证的形式进行。

7 包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书

7.1 产品的包装、标志、运输和储存按 GB/T 15545 进行,单位包装重量由供需双方协议确定。

7.2 产品发出时应附有供方质量部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称或厂标、需方名称、生产日期、保质期、发货日期、合同号、标准编号、产品名称、牌号、砖号、批号及相应的理化检验结果等。

 

 

 

Refractory spray paint for blast furnace construction

1 Range

  This standard specifies the grade, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of refractory spray coatings for blast furnace construction.

  This standard is applicable to fire resistant spraying coatings for blast furnace construction by mechanical spraying method.

3 Brand

  Fire resistant spray coatings for blast furnace construction are classified into five grades according to aluminum oxide content :GJP-35, GJP-40A, GJP-40B, GJP-45 and GJP-55. Among them, G, J and P are the initial letters of Gao, Jian and Peng respectively, and the numbers after them respectively represent the mass percentage of aluminum oxide, and A and B are used to distinguish the different ferric oxide content of products with the same aluminum oxide content.

4 Technical Requirements

  The physical and chemical indexes of refractory spray coatings for blast furnace construction should conform to the standards in Table 1.

Note: The rebound rate shall be determined by both parties through negotiation.

5 Test methods

5.1 The sample was prepared according to GB/T 4513.5.

5.2 Chemical composition is determined in GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.

5.3 The measurement of bulk density, flexural strength at room temperature and permanent line change of heating was carried out according to GB/T 4513.6.

6 Quality assessment procedures

6.1 Batch Groups

6.1.1 The products shall be batch according to the same grade of continuous normal production. In case of changes in raw materials or production processes, separate batches should be set up.

6.1.2 Each batch of products of the same brand shall not exceed 60 t.

6.2 Sampling and conformity determination rules

6.2.1 Sampling is performed according to GB/T 4513.2.

6.2.2 Chemical composition, flexural strength at room temperature and permanent line change of heating are acceptance inspection items, and the average value of the test results all meet the specified values in Table 1, the batch of products is qualified.

6.2.3 If there are any nonconforming items in the inspection results, the nonconforming items shall be re-sampled in accordance with the provisions of 6.2.1 for re-inspection. If the average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; Otherwise, it is disqualified.

6.3 Form of conformity assessment

  Conformity assessment can be made in accordance with the agreement between the two parties or in the form of the supplier’s statement, the user’s certification or the third party’s certification.

7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

7.1 The packaging, marking, transportation and storage of the products shall be carried out in GB/T 15545, and the weight per unit package shall be determined by agreement between the supply and demand parties.

7.2 The product shall be issued with a quality certificate issued by the quality department of the supplier, indicating the name of the supplier or factory label, the name of the demander, production date, shelf life, delivery date, contract number, standard number, product name, brand number, brick number, lot number and corresponding physical and chemical inspection results.
