1 范围

  本标准规定了出铁沟用再生浇注料和捣打料的术语和定义,分类、技术要求、试验方法,检验规则、包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书。

  本标准适用于高炉出铁沟用再生浇注料、再生捣打料及再生沟泥。

3术语和定义

  下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1再生浇注料 recycled castable

  用后耐火材料经过再生处理作为原料制造生产的浇注料。

  再生捣打料 recycled ramming material

  用后耐火材料经过再生处理作为原料制造生产的捣打料。

  再生沟泥 recycled patching mixture

  用后耐火材料经过再生处理作为原料制造生产的沟泥,

4 分类

  高炉出铁沟用再生浇注料、再生捣打料及再生沟泥分为四个牌号:渣沟用再生浇注料 ZSL-1;铁沟用再生浇注料 ZSL-2;再生捣打料 ZSL3;再生沟泥 ZSL-4。

  ZSL–再生料的汉语拼音的第一个字母缩写。

5 技术条件

5.1 再生浇注料、再生捣打料和再生沟泥的理化指标应符合表1的规定。

6试验方法

6.1试样制备

  按YB/T 5202.1规定。

6.2三氧化二铝、氧化钙

  按GB/T 6900的规定进行。

6.3碳含量

  按 GB/T 13245的规定进行。

6.4碳化硅含量

  按GB/T 16555.1的规定进行。

6.5耐压强度

  按GB/T 5072.2的规定进行。

6.6体积密度

  按GB/T 2997的规定进行。

6.7线变化率

  按GB/T 5988的规定进行。

7检验规则

7.1组批

  同种工艺、同一牌号为一批,每批重量不大于60t,生产工艺变化时应另行组批。

7.2抽样及判定规则

7.2.1抽样

  产品取样按 GB/T 17617 的规定进行。

7.2.2判定规则

7.2.2.1检验结果应符合表1的规定。

7.2.2.2检验结果有一个指标不符合标准时,应取备份试样对该不合格指标进行复检。复检结果的平均值符合表1的规定时,则判定该产品为合格批,否则为不合格批。

8包装、标志、运输、储存和质量证明书

8.1包装、标志、运输、储存按 GB/T 15545 的规定进行。

8.2产品发出时,应附有技术质量监督部门签发的质量证明书,载明供方名称、需方名称、标准编号、产品名称、产品批号、牌号、理化指标、生产日期及有效期等内容。

8.3生产厂家必须在产品包装上注明再生原料的加入比例。8.4产品发出时,应附有产品使用说明书。

1 Range

  This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of recycled castables and ramming materials used in iron ditches.

  This standard is applicable to recycled castable, recycled ramming material and recycled sludge used in blast furnace iron gully.

3 Terms and definitions

  The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Recycled castable

  After use refractories are recycled as raw materials to produce castable.

3.2

  Recycled ramming material

  After use refractories are recycled as raw materials to manufacture and produce ramming materials.

3.3

  Reclaimed trench mud recycled patching mixture

  After use refractories are recycled as raw materials to manufacture and produce ditch mud,

4 Categories

  There are four grades of recycled castable, recycled ramming material and recycled trench mud used in blast furnace: recycled castable ZSL-1 used in slag trench; Recycled castable ZSL-2 for iron trench; Recycled ramming material ZSL3; Reclaimed trench mud ZSL-4.

  ZSL- the first letter abbreviation of Chinese pinyin for recycled materials.

5 Technical Conditions

5.1 The physical and chemical indexes of recycled castables, recycled ramming materials and recycled trench mud shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

5.2 The amount of recycled castable, recycled ramming material and recycled trench mud shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

6 Test methods

6.1 Sample Preparation

  According to YB/T 5202.1.

6.2 Aluminum oxide, calcium oxide

  According to GB/T 6900.

6.3 Carbon content

  According to GB/T 13245.

6.4 Silicon carbide content

  According to GB/T 16555.1.

6.5 Compressive strength

  According to GB/T 5072.2.

6.6 Bulk density

  According to GB/T 2997.

6.7 Cable change rate

  According to GB/T 5988.

7 Inspection Rules

7.1 Batch

  The same process, the same grade is a batch, the weight of each batch is not more than 60t, and a separate batch should be set up when the production process changes.

7.2 Sampling and decision rules

7.2.1 Sampling

  Product sampling is carried out according to GB/T 17617.

7.2.2 Decision Rules

7.2.2.1 The test results shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.

7.2.2.2 If one of the test results does not meet the standard, the backup sample shall be taken for reinspection of the unqualified index. When the average value of the retest results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, the product is judged to be a qualified batch, otherwise it is an unqualified batch.

8 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate

8.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 15545.

8.2 When the product is issued, it shall be accompanied by a quality certificate issued by the technical quality supervision department, indicating the name of the supplier, the name of the demander, the standard number, the product name, the product batch number, the brand number, the physical and chemical index, the production date and the expiration date.

8.3 The manufacturer must indicate the proportion of recycled raw materials added on the product packaging.

8.4 When the product is shipped, it shall be accompanied by the product instruction manual.
